Alpha Pharmacy Group is expanding and seeking qualified Community Pharmacists for new branches in Dodoma, Mwanza, and Arusha.

• BPharm or Diploma in Pharmacy
• Valid Pharmacy Council registration
• 2+ years community pharmacy experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willingness to relocate to Dodoma, Mwanza, or Arusha

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and dispensing activities
• Provide patient counselling and medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and GPP standards
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Implement health screening and wellness programmes

• Competitive salary: TZS 1.5M - 2.5M/month
