Shelys Pharmaceuticals is hiring a QA/QC Pharmacist for our Dar es Salaam manufacturing facility. You will ensure product quality across the entire manufacturing lifecycle.

• BPharm or BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 3+ years QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience with HPLC, UV-Vis, dissolution testing, and wet chemistry
• Knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and pharmacopoeial standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Manage analytical laboratory operations and calibration schedules
• Review batch records and release documentation
• Investigate deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints
• Support GMP audits and regulatory inspections
• Maintain stability testing programmes
