The ERP Committee oversees the implementation and management of PST's Enterprise Resource Planning system. This committee ensures that the Society's digital infrastructure supports efficient operations, member services, and data management.

- Oversee the ERP system implementation and upgrades
- Define system requirements and user specifications
- Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup procedures
- Train staff and stakeholders on system usage
