The Planning and Finance Committee oversees PST's financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. The committee ensures fiscal responsibility and long-term financial sustainability of the Society.
Committee Functions
- Develop and monitor the annual budget
- Oversee financial reporting and audit processes
- Advise the NEC on financial policies and investments
- Review and approve expenditure requests
- Develop strategic plans for organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
