The Board of Trustees serves as the custodian of PST's constitution, assets, and institutional integrity. Trustees provide independent governance oversight and ensure that the Society operates in accordance with its founding principles and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard PST's property, investments, and financial assets
- Ensure constitutional compliance in all organizational decisions
- Provide advisory opinions to the NEC on governance matters
- Mediate disputes that cannot be resolved at committee level
- Oversee the integrity of national elections
- Report to the AGM on the state of PST's governance
