How to record your membership fee payments

After making your membership fee payment, it is important to record your payment through the PST system to ensure your membership status is updated promptly. Follow the steps below to record your payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

Mobile Money

Pay via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or Halopesa using the PST payment number.

Bank Transfer

Transfer directly to PST's bank account. Include your membership number as the reference.

Online Payment

Pay online through the PST member portal using supported payment gateways.

How to Record Your Payment

  1. Make Your Payment: Complete your membership fee payment through any of the accepted payment methods listed above.
  2. Save Payment Confirmation: Keep your payment receipt, transaction ID, or bank slip as proof of payment.
  3. Log In to Your Account: Access your PST member portal with your membership credentials.
  4. Navigate to Payments: Go to the "Record Payment" section in your member dashboard.
  5. Enter Payment Details: Fill in the payment amount, date, method, and transaction reference number.
  6. Upload Proof: Attach a screenshot or photo of your payment confirmation or receipt.
  7. Submit: Your payment record will be verified by the finance team. Once confirmed, your membership status will be updated.
